*All sets should be challenging but the second set of 3 should be heavier than the first set of 3, the second set of 2 should be heavier than the first set of 2, and the final set of 1 should be the heaviest set overall.

*The tabata mash-up interval is 20sec of work, followed by 10sec of rest. *Switch exercises for each interval for 6min.
