District H Crossfit – Snatch Program w/ Coach Dustin
The Snatch Program will be a 1 day a week focusing primarily on the Full Snatch. The 5 week program will meet on Mondays at 7:30pm. We will work to improve our movement pattern, overhead strength and mobility in order to increase our One Rep Max in the Snatch.
Class will be capped to 10.
