  • 6 weeks Program
  • NO Crossfit Experience Necessary
  • Focusing on Back Squat, Deadlift and Strict Press
  • We’ll meet with a coach 1 day a week (MONDAYS 7:30pm), plus additional 2 days worth of individualized accessory work
  • Screening test at the beginning and at the end to measure improvements
