5 Overhead Squats (3 seconds down and 3 seconds up)

*Can you hit Bodyweight or more for all of the sets?
*The goal is high quality overhead squat sets with varying rep schemes and loads.
*All sets should be challenging for the intende rep scheme.
*Rest about 3 minutes between sets.
