Extended Warm up

Air Squat x 10 reps
Front Squat x 10 reps
Back Squat x 10 reps
*all with an empty barbell

Part 1
Front Squat

*All sets should be above 80% of the 2 rep max for the day.
*Rest approximately 3 minutes per set.

Part 2
Back Squat

*Try to start the first set at the last successful Front Squat weight.
*Rest approximately 3 minutes between sets.
