District H Crossfit ReBoot

District H Crossfit ReBoot program is a 45 mins class tailored to everyone. In every class we’ll warm up together specifically for what we’ll be doing, followed by a wide variety of interval training, pushing, pulling, and various types of routines. No previous crossfit/ exercise experience. Just bring the right attitude; come in and better yourself. Every ReBoot class is different; our “constantly varied” workouts are always new, fresh and exciting. Perfect for everyone from beginners to advanced.  

Our ReBoot program will keep you challenged and will transform your body. Our sessions will be 45 mins 3x times a week. If your are looking to get stronger, feel better, enjoy the outdoors, push away nursing home and look more attractive this is the place for you. We also offer a nutrition plan with our Registered Dietitian Samantha Mackinnon.

ReBoot Customized Program $350
  • 6 weeks of Group Fitness Classes
  • 3 Classes per week
  • NO Crossfit Experience Necessary
  • Coaching by a Level 1 or Level 2 Crossfit Trainer
  • 20 minute intro goal setting session, biometric testing & InBody scan with Dietitian
  • Individualized 4 week Meal Plan with grocery list and recipe links
  • Nutrition App access with weekly nutrition videos, tips, and group messaging
  • 75-minute group New Year, New You Nutrition Seminar January 6th at 11am
  • Final biometric testing & InBody scan
