Assessment Stamina: 1,000m Row

Assessment WOD:
10 Burpees
20 Pull Ups
30 Thrusters (75#/45#)
40 Sit Ups
50 Double Unders

Weigh-In and Before photos will be taken during the row. If you are not comfortable with any part of this, let us know and we will figure out how to make it work. Jaime will be here on Tuesday and Thursday if you would prefer her to take the picture, and you always have the option of taking the photos at home. Just make sure to take them! IT IS SO AMAZING TO SEE THE CHANGE IN PICTURES!!!!!
