Our On-Ramp program is a one-on-one informational and instructional program designed for anyone trying CrossFit for the first time. We slow down our usual pace to guide you through the basic movements and core stability exercises, get you familiarized with proper mechanics and technique, and get your body primed to join our group classes. District H On-Ramp is designed to ensure your success; we cover everything from our programming philosophy, proper exercise modifications and scaling and regulating individual intensity. It’s a great way to start your CrossFit journey and to get ramped up for our regular group classes. Because District H On-Ramp is private, the coaches have plenty of opportunity to help you work on technique and get to know your unique goals and needs.
Good Nutrition is vital to optimizing your overall fitness potential. We offer nutrition consultations for all fitness levels. Whether you are looking to slip into your skinny jeans a little easier or fill your suit coat out better, we can help you get there faster.
If you are looking for extra help in developing a skill, recovering from an injury, or if you just don’t feel comfortable exercising in a group setting, we have experienced coaches who are ready and willing to build a personalized program to help you reach your fitness goals. *Coaches available to train at private location upon request for an additional fee.

The backbone of the program is traditional CrossFit workouts, focusing on strength, conditioning, and mobility. There is no set workout of the day for this time slot. This is a time for our members to come and work on the things they want to work on at their own pace. So whether that is to make up a WOD you missed earlier in the week. or to work on your weaknesses in the constant pursuit of excellence, the box is yours!
