Anyone who is new to CrossFit will get the opportunity to start with a FREE Introductory session. The purpose of this session is to get to know you and your unique goals, to determine the best path to success, and to show you what the District H CrossFit community is all about.

What is included in a No Sweat Intro?

  • We utilize our intro to learn about you, your past experiences with fitness, and uncover the things you enjoy doing.
  • We want to take the time to understand what your health and fitness goals are so we can help you determine the best way to reach them.
  • We work with you to create a plan to meet your unique goals as quickly as possible.
  • The primary purpose of our intro is to discover how we can best serve you.
