Skill: Pull Up Clinic
We will focus on everybody working the swing. If you have the swing, Jaime will take you through the hip drive and finish. If you already have kipping pull ups, you will do 3×7 with the goal being to do them unbroken. Depending on class size, butterfly may or may not be addressed.

MetCon: 5 Rft
10 Pull Ups
20 Sit Ups
10 Clean and Jerk
20 Squats

Aceesory: Barbell Row 3×7 (95#-135#) Keep a flat back and elbows in tight!
