Houston’s Premier Training Facility

Located in historic Houston Heights on 11th St and Studewood St, District H CrossFit is 4,000 square feet of pure functional fitness. Designed with an industrial feel and equipped for fun but challenging daily workouts, you’ll quickly improve strength, endurance, mobility, agility, and overall wellness with District H CrossFit. Watch your body become strong, lean, and functional, as you learn skills like pull-ups, the Olympic lifts, kettlebell exercises, running and rowing, and so much more. We’ve created a place where it’s easy for you to create a better tomorrow.
